Description
The Newaygo County RESA is seeking a general contractor for an addition and renovation project at their existing facility. The project includes a 14,370 +/- SF addition and a 1,430 +/- SF renovation. The construction budget is $6,000,000. The project is expected to commence on January 19, 2026, and be completed by August 15, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the owner, architect, and other vendors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
