The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide a crane and qualified operator for the modification of the trash‑rack system at the Garrison Dam intake structure in Riverdale, ND. The work includes mobilization/demobilization, crane rental, operator services, and any ancillary tasks required to complete the modification of Units 2 and 3 of the intake. The contract period runs from late October 2026 through June 30 2027, with work scheduled in two consecutive six‑day units. The contractor must meet USACE structural‑engineering load requirements, provide required safety documentation, and comply with EM‑385‑1‑1 and related regulations.
