RFP for Financial Analysis Services for Annual True-Up Process

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified firms for financial analysis services to perform true-up reconciliation and auditing activities in connection with the Subvention Agreement between the City and the Project Owner of The Village at Westfield Topanga. The selected firm will be responsible for providing independent financial analysis services, including reconciling an annual subvention payment estimate against actual net new tax revenues, validating amounts against auditable back-up information, and recommending updates to ensure future financial obligations are accurately projected.
