Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building Seismic and Program Improvements (BP09D - Flooring)

The University of California, Los Angeles is seeking bids for a lump sum subcontract for flooring work at the Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building. The project includes seismic improvements and interior tenant improvements. The successful bidder will be required to have a C-15 License and pay prevailing wage. The bid package consists of the installation of wood, resilient tile, and carpet flooring within the TI spaces on levels 1 to 3. The estimated construction cost of this bid package is $675,000. • The project involves seismic improvements on all floor levels and interior tenant improvements of approximately 34,000 GSF of space on floors 1-3. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a Subcontract Agreement directly with the CM/Contractor and be bound by all the terms of the contract between the University and the CM/Contractor. • The bid package is available on the BuildingConnected project site, and bidders must register for a free account to access the documents. • A mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk will be conducted on October 9th, 2025, and October 17th, 2025.
