The City of Kirkwood is seeking sealed bids for the complete resurfacing and associated improvements of South Clay Avenue between Adams Avenue and Woodbine Avenue. The work includes curb and sidewalk construction, storm‑sewer upgrades, ADA‑compliant curb ramps, raised intersections, milling and overlay of the pavement, pavement marking, and drainage enhancements.
