Modular Building Lease

The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking to continue the long-term lease of three modular buildings located in Riviera, Queen City, and San Marcos, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing the modular buildings, installing foundations, connecting utilities, and performing maintenance and repairs. The initial lease term is five years with two optional five-year renewal periods. The contractor must provide pricing for the lease, including monthly lease rates for each location, and removal services at the end of the lease term. • The modular buildings must be installed with ADA-compliant access and meet specific size requirements for each location. • The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services, including foundation repair, painting, and replacement of broken windows. • The contractor must also provide modular building removal services at the end of the lease term. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the best value, based on evaluation criteria including price, past performance, and responsiveness to the solicitation.
