Description
ErieNet Local Development Corporation (ErieNet LDC) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive sales and operations support services for its middle‑mile fiber‑optic Open Access Network (approximately 350+ miles). The contractor will act as a de‑facto COO for the network, handling day‑to‑day operations, sales lead generation, contract administration, 24/7 customer service center staffing, pre‑sales design, fiber monitoring, management of third‑party network services, OSP construction oversight, and GIS‑based fiber asset management. The engagement is a two‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals, funded primarily by American Rescue Plan and New York State ConnectALL monies.
