Description
The Sparta Area Schools are seeking bids for the upgrade of the boiler system at Appleview Elementary. The scope of work includes replacing two existing boilers with new ones, replacing system pumps, and installing a new heat exchanger, pumps, and storage tank. The project is expected to start during the heating season and be completed during summer break, from June 6, 2026, to August 1, 2026. The bidder must have at least five years of experience in this scope of work, be licensed and insured, and provide a bid bond and performance bond.
