Request for Proposal to establish Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contracts to provide alteration and repair services to SSA's headquarter buildings.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a solicitation to obtain the services of contractors for alterations and repairs to SSA headquarter buildings located in Baltimore and a building in Frederick County Maryland. The scope of work includes the Perimeter East Building, Supply Building, SSA Main Complex, Child Care Center, and National Support Center. The solicitation will be totally set-aside for small business, and all responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The SSA anticipates the award of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts, with provisions for the issuance of Firm Fixed Price task orders as needed. • The IDIQ contract holders will be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for task order work. • The IDIQ period of performance will be for a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods. • The estimated date for release of the solicitation is approximately May 29, 2026. • Proposals are due approximately 30 days from the date of the solicitation release.
