Description
The City of Redding is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design, specify, supervise, and verify the upgrade of the SCADA system at the Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The consultant will develop a project plan, recommend hardware and software (Ignition SCADA, Allen‑Bradley PLCs, OnLogic Edge devices), oversee installation by City staff, migrate existing iFix programs and historian data to Ignition, provide as‑built documentation, conduct functional testing and staff training, and furnish a 12‑month warranty and optional technical‑support services.
