Description
The California Department of General Services is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide design services for the relocation of the Boggs Mountain Helitack Base in Lake County, California. The project includes the design of a new facility with a helicopter hangar, support vehicle garage, barracks building, and other support facilities. The successful firm will be required to provide professional architectural and engineering design services, including preliminary plans, working drawings, and construction administration. The estimated cost of construction is approximately $57,449,000.00, and the project is expected to last 5 years.
