PUMP STORAGE BUILDING

The Manatee County - Purchasing Division is seeking bids for the construction of a metal building to serve as a pump storage facility. The building will be 60 feet by 100 feet by 30 feet tall and will be constructed on a concrete foundation. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on June 19th at 10AM ET at the Manatee County Utilities Department maintenance yard. • The building will be used for storage of pumps and related equipment. • The project requires the construction of a metal building on a concrete foundation. • The site visit is mandatory for all bidders. • The bid deadline is July 18th, 2026. • The bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from the DemandStar website.
