The program is designed to provide a transformative learning experience for students, blending academic instruction, cultural engagement, and real-world business interaction. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating international and in-country transportation, lodging, cultural activities, academic and professional engagements, and other related services. Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The estimated budget for this opportunity is difficult to determine, as the RFP does not provide a specific budget or pricing information. However, based on the scope of services required, it is likely that the contract value will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate takes into account the costs associated with coordinating international travel, lodging, cultural activities, and academic engagements for a group of 27 students and 3 faculty/staff members. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the vendor's experience, reputation, and ability to provide a comprehensive and turnkey program that meets the university's needs.
