Description
The US Embassy in Buenos Aires is seeking a contractor to provide conference and accommodation services for a conference to be held in May 2026. The services required include lodging for 50 people, conference space, audio-visual equipment, and catering. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the services. The conference will take place from May 17 to May 23, 2026. The contractor must also provide a separate price for Value Added Tax (VAT).

* 50 rooms guaranteed, with two rooms on the Club Level or equivalent
