The FDIC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide renewal and ongoing subscription services for FedRAMP‑approved Cisco WebEx solutions covering event hosting, audio bridging, and security add‑ons for fiscal years 2027‑2029. This fixed‑price, best‑value solicitation requires the vendor to be an authorized Cisco reseller or OEM and to submit a detailed price schedule for the listed part numbers, with options for annual renewal through 2029.
• Supply and maintain five Cisco‑manufactured WebEx product lines (Events 3000, NU audio bridge, AU meetings, AU audio bridge, AU security pack) with quantities ranging from 1 to 450 per year.
• Provide a 36‑month price quotation (base year 2027 plus two optional years) with annual payment terms; all required licensing, maintenance, and support agreements must be submitted.
