The vendor must provide all balloons (various colors and sizes), load them into ten ceiling‑mounted nets across three venue locations, and staff the drop on December 31, 2026, with setup beginning December 30. The work must be completed by noon on December 31, and staff must be on‑site by 11 p.m. on the same day. Bids are due August 13, 2026, with a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on August 10, 2026.
