Description
Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is issuing a sole‑source procurement for a suite of Gaumard medical simulation products and associated services. Gaumard is the exclusive manufacturer of the listed simulators (HAL®, NOELLE®, SUSIE®, Code Blue®, etc.) and provides all installation, warranty, parts, firmware, and technical support. No other vendor can supply these items or comparable service plans. The contract will cover acquisition of the hardware, on‑site commissioning, extended service plans, consumables, and training delivered by Gaumard personnel.
• Models include advanced interdisciplinary patient simulators (HAL® S5301, S3201, S3000, etc.), birthing simulators (NOELLE®, VICTORIA®), trauma/tactical care units, and full‑body surgical trainer (CHLOE™).
• All software (UNI® 3, OMNI® 2) is proprietary and non‑transferable.
• Gaumard will handle factory installation, on‑site commissioning, warranty service, extended service plans, parts, firmware updates, and technical training.
• Products are sold directly by Gaumard; no resellers or distributors exist in the U.S.
• The certification is valid for 12 months from October 20 2026.
