Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a vendor to provide a multi-tank water softener system and installation at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The system should include associated plumbing supplies, labor, and delivery. The existing water softener brine tank has reached the end of its service life and requires replacement to ensure continued safe and reliable operation. The vendor should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and the equipment should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• The system should include a twin-tank Clack alternating water softener system connected to existing 2-inch copper plumbing.
• The vendor should provide removal and proper disposal of the existing water softener system.
• The vendor should furnish and install the new system, complete setup, programming, testing, and start-up to ensure proper operation.
