Description
The VA Central Western Massachusetts in Leeds, MA is seeking an Architect and Engineering Firm to design and build a new elevator tower at Building 25. The firm will provide professional architectural and engineering services, including design phase and construction period services. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are qualified firms interested in this procurement. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
• The firm must have experience with elevator design projects in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• The firm must have experience with new elevator design projects on a VA campus.
• The firm must have knowledge of VA Central Western Massachusetts Health Care System underground utilities.
• The firm must provide a positive statement of intention to submit a proposal, including their firm's name, SAM UEI number, and socio-economic status.
