Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the construction of the Watts Empowerment Center Studio, a 2,000 square foot new structure adjacent to the existing recreation center. The project requires experience constructing commercial buildings similar in scope and demonstrated ability to act as a prime contractor on projects with multiple stakeholders.
