Provision of Inspections and Repairs of Above Ground Pre-Stressed Concrete Tanks on an Annual Contract

* The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the provision of inspections and repairs of above ground pre-stressed concrete tanks on an annual contract. * The contract will be for the Department of Water Resources and will include individual tank inspection, non-destructive testing, maintenance, and repair. * The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the tank inspection, non-destructive testing, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation work. * The scope of work will be provided through a scope of work (SOW) issued by the Department of Water Resources, and the contractor will be required to provide a proposal to perform the work within the time requested by DWR. * The contractor must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in repair and inspection of aboveground pre-stressed concrete tanks and must meet other qualification requirements, including personnel and insurance requirements. * The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive and responsible vendor. * The contract will begin on January 31, 2026, or upon award, and will have four optional 12-month renewal periods.
