Professional Architectural Services SOQ

The City of Siloam Springs is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional architectural services for the 2026 calendar year. The selected firm will provide design and architectural services for various projects to be implemented in 2026 and 2027. The SOQ should include the firm's specialized experience and technical competence, capacity and capability to perform the work, past record of performance, and proximity to and familiarity with the area. Key considerations include: • The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of professional services required • The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including providing any specialized services, within the time limits fixed for the completion of the project • The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules and deadlines • The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located
