Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking to acquire a Mobimedical 9-Body Vault Cooler or equal to item. The awarded vendor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to deliver, assemble, and install the cooler, including a bariatric section and a split refrigeration system, at Troy Regional Medical Center in Troy, Alabama. The scope of work includes performing complete installation, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with all manufacturer specifications, providing training and demonstration of system operation, and providing a minimum of a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. Key requirements include:
• Delivering and installing the cooler with six standard 27-inch stainless-steel trays and three bariatric 30-inch stainless-steel trays
• Including a Heatcraft Split Remote Refrigeration System with condenser and evaporator units per manufacturer specifications
• Ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Providing proof of insurance and relevant licenses
• Providing references for similar completed installations (minimum of two)
