Description
The City of St. Marys is seeking bids for the renovation and modification of the St. Marys City Hall. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the successful construction of the renovation and modification. The scope of work includes demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing work. The project is expected to start on or around February 2026 and is expected to be completed within 180 days.
