Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to upgrade the elevators at the MSP Headquarters. The project includes the installation of new elevators, as well as the integration of a digital, addressable fire-alarm system. The system must meet the requirements of NFPA 72 and UL 864, and must include features such as smoke detection, heat detection, and voice notification. The contractor must also provide a 12-month maintenance service period, including visual inspections, tests, and repairs.
