The District is seeking a qualified Lease‑Lease‑Back entity to design, build, and deliver a new athletic complex on the South Site of Beverly Hills High School. The scope includes demolition of existing fields and the Konheim gymnasium, construction of new baseball and football (soccer/lacrosse) stadiums, an eight‑lane track, associated lighting, scoreboards, storage, restrooms, and a concession building, plus extensive site‑work, utilities, and storm‑water controls. The contractor will also provide pre‑construction services (design reviews, value‑engineering, budgeting, phasing, methane‑mitigation design, and night‑work cost estimation) before beginning construction. The contract is structured as a lease‑lease‑back: the contractor designs and builds, then leases the completed facilities back to the District under a $23 million estimated project cost.
