Air Emission Monitoring of Boiler and Engine Generating Units on USAG Japan Installations in Kanto Plain

The US Air Force intends to solicit a firm-fixed price contract for air emission monitoring of boiler and engine generating units on USAG Japan installations in the Kanto Plain. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and services to perform the monitoring. The work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and Japan Environmental Governing Standard (JEGS). • The project will be performed entirely in Japan, and the successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirements in Japan, including a Japanese CAGE code. • The contractor must be registered for the Environmental Measurement Certification Business for Concentration in the relevant prefecture based on the Measurement Law of Japan. • The contractor will be required to perform in accordance with the PWS, commercial standards and practices, and JEGS. • The anticipated award date is around 16 October 2026, subject to change.
