Description
The Regional Contracting Office – Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide 1st Marine Corp District (MCD) with privately-owned vehicles (POV) parking spaces to support RSS Empire State location. The parking facility must meet certain requirements, including being available and accessible at all times, monitored by security cameras, and having lighting for security purposes. The vendor must also provide proof of capability and a price estimate for each location. The period of performance is expected to be 12 months with two option years.
• The vendor must provide 6 POV parking spaces for the RSS Empire State location.
• The parking facility must be within a 0.1 mile to 0.5 mile walking distance of the location.
• The vendor must provide key cards or other access items with their pricing if necessary.
• The vendor must respond to the source sought notice by February 27, 2026, with their company information, type of business, and capability statement.
