Technology and Security upgrades at various KPS building

The Kalamazoo Public Schools are seeking bids for technology and security upgrades at various school buildings. The project includes secure vestibule and technology upgrades at Kalamazoo Central High School, ceiling renovation and technology upgrades at Loy Norrix High School, clocks, paging, and technology upgrades at Northglade Montessori School, secure vestibule technology at Lakewood Valley Center, and secure vestibule technology at Maple St. Magnet School for the Arts. The bid documents will be available starting January 5, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on January 9, 2026. The bids will be accepted until January 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. • The project includes multiple school buildings with different scopes of work. • The bid documents will be available electronically, and a pre-bid meeting will be held to answer questions from bidders. • The bids must be accompanied by a disclosure statement and bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
