(BID) 26-18, Remodel of Current Courts at Warren Holder Park

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to remodel the current courts located at Warren Holder Park. The scope of work includes constructing 1 tennis court and 2 pickleball courts in the existing space. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP. The project requires compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances. The contractor must also provide a statement of warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship. Key aspects of the project include: • Constructing 1 tennis court and 2 pickleball courts • Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required • Compliance with all applicable rules and regulations • Providing a statement of warranty • Maintaining a drug-free workplace • Compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act
