Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a contractor to provide waste removal services for Escambia and Monroe Counties. The scope includes supplying 1‑95 gallon trash containers, performing weekly pickups, and billing on a monthly basis, with the option to add extra pickups as needed. The contract is a multi‑year agreement lasting at least three years and up to five years, with no subcontracting allowed. Service locations are specified for each county, and the work will be performed on an ongoing schedule throughout the contract term.
• Provide 1‑95 gallon trash cans and weekly collection at two county sites (Escambia County – 2430 Ridge Rd., Brewton, AL; Monroe County – 887 Veterans Dr., Monroeville, AL).
• Monthly invoicing for routine pickups; include pricing for any additional pickups if required.
• Multi‑year contract (minimum 3 years, maximum 5 years) with no subcontractors or third‑party suppliers permitted.
• Must comply with Alabama Quick‑Quote procurement terms, including the $25,000 not‑to‑exceed ceiling and electronic submission via Alabama Buys.
