Pipette Calibrations

The Virginia Department of Forensic Science is seeking a vendor to perform off‑site pipette calibrations, preventative maintenance, and cleaning services for multiple laboratory locations throughout the state. The contract will cover a range of pipette models used in forensic and scientific analysis, requiring precision testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. Successful bidders must demonstrate experience with laboratory equipment servicing and be capable of responding promptly to service requests across the designated sites. • Perform calibration of pipettes on‑site at Roanoke, Manassas, Norfolk, and Mechanicsville locations. • Provide routine preventative maintenance and thorough cleaning to extend equipment life. • Deliver calibrated equipment certificates and maintain detailed service records for each instrument.
