Description
Sustainable Woodstock is seeking proposals for a real estate study to identify potential relocation sites for approximately 8-12 mobile homes in or around Woodstock, VT. The study will evaluate sites for compliance with state and local permitting, physical characteristics, and other criteria. The selected consultant will be expected to present the results of the study to the public at one or more in-person meetings. The project is expected to be completed by December 20, 2026, and the budget range is $7,000 to $10,000.
• The scope of the real estate study includes identification, ranking, and prioritization of up to 10 potential relocation sites.
• The study will consider factors such as soil type, presence of wetlands, and suitability of access.
• The selected consultant will be required to demonstrate experience and qualifications in conducting similar studies.
• Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of the project, knowledge of the project area, qualifications and experience of proposed staff, and reasonableness of proposed labor hour estimate.
