Description
The Department of Commerce is soliciting quotes for the purchase and installation of a brand or equal, Generac SG050NA, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238290 for the Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS), Table Mountain, Colorado. The requirements are described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1. The quote shall meet all the constraints set forth in the Statement of Work. The vendor shall propose on all or none of the requirements listed. The Government will issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible Offeror using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable source selection process.
Key points to consider:
• The quote must include the proposed items/services to the technical requirements set forth in the Statement of Work.
• The quote must include a price that reflects the proposed solution to the Government’s requirements.
• The quote must be submitted electronically in a format readable by Microsoft (MS) Word 2007, MS Excel 2007, or in text searchable PDF format, as applicable.
• The quote must be limited to a total of 5 pages for the Technical Quotation and 3 pages for the Price Quotation.
• The vendor must propose on all or none of the requirements listed.
