Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Adobe ColdFusion Enterprise Term License, cloud-hosted, for a period of 12 months. The selected vendor will provide the software license and support. The bid must include the manufacturer's brand, number, and packaging offered. The County reserves the right to test the products for later consideration. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contract duration is 12 months.
• The software must be new, unused, and current models.
• The vendor must provide professional liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
• The vendor must name the County and its agents as additional insured.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
