Description
The City of Water Valley, MS is seeking qualified architectural/engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a library improvement project funded in part by the Mississippi Development Authority Small Municipalities and Limited Population Counties (SMLPC) program. The scope includes all phases of design, permitting, cost estimating, construction administration, and grant compliance support. Firms must be licensed in Mississippi and demonstrate experience with municipal building rehabilitation and MDA‑funded projects. The SOQ deadline is October 16, 2026.
