Description
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to electronically record, index, and archive approximately 700,000 FDC paper drawings and documents. The files are located on the 5th floor of the Rachel Carson State Office Building in Harrisburg, PA, and will remain onsite at all times. The vendor will be required to provide the awarded items at the prices quoted in its bid.
• The contract will be an established price contract containing the contract terms and conditions as shown in Part V of the IFB.
• The vendor must submit their bid through the Commonwealth's electronic system (SRM) prior to the bid opening time.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor laws and worker safety laws.
