Description
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a contractor to provide a conference venue to host the PLCB Store Operations Fall 2026 District Manager Conference. The conference will be held on one of the specified date ranges in September or October 2026. The contractor must provide a fully licensed and insured facility that is safe, ADA accessible, and adequate to host a conference with up to 70 participants. The facility must also have safe and lighted free parking, 65 hotel guest rooms, a general session room, a dining area, A/V support, and catering services. The contractor must be located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• The contractor must provide a conference venue that meets the specified requirements.
• The contractor must be able to accommodate up to 70 participants.
• The contractor must provide safe and lighted free parking for 70 vehicles.
• The contractor must provide 65 hotel guest rooms for 2 nights, including a minimum of 2 ADA-compliant rooms.
• The contractor must provide a general session room, a dining area, A/V support, and catering services.
