The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, validate, train on, and provide one‑year on‑site maintenance for a brand‑specific Leica Biosystems H&E slide stainer and coverslipper. The contractor must deliver the instrument, perform installation and setup, conduct CAP‑compliant validation, train six histology technicians, and maintain the equipment for one year. The acquisition is limited to Leica Biosystems products, requiring the vendor to be an approved reseller and to handle trade‑in of existing equipment. The performance period is September 15 2026 through September 14 2027.
