STRmix Annual Upgrade and Maintenance

The United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support for the STRmix software. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required maintenance and support. The contract will be for a base year and four consecutive option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of the 84 stand-alone STRmix software licenses, including all new point and major version releases, as well as expert resolution of general STRmix scientific support questions. • The contractor will provide maintenance and support for the STRmix software. • The contract will be for a base year and four consecutive option years. • The contractor will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of the 84 stand-alone STRmix software licenses. • The contractor will provide expert resolution of general STRmix scientific support questions.
