Chevrolet/GM Auto Parts Bid

The San Bernardino County is procuring Chevrolet/GM Auto Parts as listed in Attachment A – Cost. The contract term is for 5 years, starting from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2031. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) or in paper form. The bid should include the pricing schedule, terms, and delivery information. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any item(s) thereon, or waive any irregularity in the Bid. • The bid should be submitted with a completed Attachment A – Cost sheet in Excel format. • The bidder should provide a partial bid on item(s) that are available to the vendor. • The County has the sole discretion to determine if the partial bid will be evaluated or not after the bid is opened. • The bidder should comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to work and to the preservation of the public health and safety. • The bidder should obtain all necessary permits and licenses, give all necessary notices, pay all fees required by law.
