The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified hotel‑development firm (or joint‑venture team) to design, finance, construct, own, and operate a new “headquarters” hotel adjacent to the Cox Business Center Convention Center. The hotel will be approximately 650 rooms with ~54,000 sq ft of meeting space, serving both convention‑center traffic and independent group business. Qualification requires demonstrated ability to deliver projects of $250 million or more, provide a detailed financing plan, and coordinate with public‑funding tools and a long‑term ground lease.
