Description
The City of Salem is seeking bids for the repair and restoration of masonry and railings at the Salem Public Library. The project includes the removal and replacement of damaged masonry and railings, as well as the cleaning and repair of existing masonry. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
• The project is expected to start on April 20th, 2026, and be completed by June 16th, 2026.
• The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The bid security shall consist of cash, certified check, or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
