Description
• Scope includes full design‑consultant duties for school construction projects (HVAC, electrical, structural, civil, environmental, etc.).
• Must be a certified Women‑Owned, Minority‑Owned, or Small Business Enterprise; sub‑consultants may be non‑certified.
• Deliverables: budget estimate (≤ 3 weeks) and design/development documents (≤ 4 weeks) after each project’s Notice to Proceed.
• Coordination required with other contractors and District environmental consultants; written authorization needed before any environmental subcontractor engagement.
• No joint ventures; LSRP services excluded; all hourly rates must be all‑inclusive except for reimbursable reproduction costs.
