Description
The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is seeking information from capable and qualified sources to provide preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, new version releases, and customer support for the Freezerworks Summit Server Software. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, including maintenance support and upgrades for eight concurrent user licenses. The contractor shall also provide unlimited expert customer support through phone, email, or online remote sessions. The key requirements of the contract include:
• Providing maintenance support and upgrades for eight concurrent user licenses
• Providing unlimited expert customer support through phone, email, or online remote sessions
• Providing software updates and maintenance releases at no extra cost
• Providing new version releases as they become available
• Providing customer support via phone call or email within two to five business days after the request is submitted
• Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements
• Ensuring that all contractor personnel meet the required security standards and maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
