Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a market survey to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set aside a future project for them. The project involves the design and construction of a new Collective Training Barracks for Enlisted personnel at Camp Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in California. The barracks will be a 46,000 SF, permanently constructed building with a 10,000 SF Fitness Center Annex. The project will include site development, utilities, and connections, as well as sustainability and energy measures. The contract duration is estimated at 558 calendar days, and the estimated cost range is between $25M and $100M.
• The project requires a minimum of 15% self-performed work by the contractor.
• The contractor must provide documentation of their small business status and bonding company information.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects, including new construction of military barracks, dormitories, hotels, and apartment buildings.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract.
