Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the construction of the Maverick Creek Greenway from UTSA Boulevard to Loop 1604. The project has an estimated construction budget of $3,238,000.00 and is expected to be substantially completed within 360 calendar days. The project includes the construction of a greenway, which may involve landscaping, fencing, signage, and other site work. Bidders must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements and adhere to the City's Responsible Bidder Ordinance, Local Preference Program Ordinance, and Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program.
• The project requires bidders to register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions.
• The project involves a unit price contract, where the unit prices established will remain in effect throughout the duration of the contract.
• The City may order all, some, or none of the work shown in the Invitation for Bids (IFB).
