The Hudson Valley VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase portable tonometers to replace existing units in the Optometry clinics that have reached their end of life. The requirement is for brand name or equal products. The Buy American Certificate provision is included in the solicitation, which requires the offeror to certify that each end product is a domestic end product and contains a critical component.
