The City of Danville is re‑issuing an RFP for the design‑build installation of a low‑voltage data networking system serving a new Aviation Training Facility and two hangars (Hangar 100 for Danville Community College and Hangar 300 for Averett University). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install Cat‑6e plenum‑rated cabling, wall and rack enclosures, patch panels, and HPE Aruba networking hardware, conform to Virginia building codes, and meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
