Description
The U.S. Embassy Helsinki is seeking a contractor to provide gardening and snow removal services for the embassy grounds and two other properties owned by the U.S. Government in Finland. The contract will be for a one-year period with an option for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the landscape, including grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscape elements. The contractor will also be required to perform complete gardening, landscape maintenance, and snow removal services as described in the contract.
• The contractor must include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with the contract and applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must meet all the standards of performance identified in the contract.
• The contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files.
